Andres Gonzales, age 77, went to be with his Lord on Wednesday, July 22, 2009.
He is survived by his wife, Rafaela R. Gonzales; sons, Richard (Sandra) Gonzales of San Marcos, TX, Andy Gonzales of San Benito, TX; daughters, Lorraine (Daniel) Delgado and Emily Gonzales both of San Benito, TX; grandchildren, Stevie Mendoza, Daniel Andres Delgado, Matthew Ray Delgado and Emily Danille Delgado; sisters, Eva Penny of San Benito, TX, Esther (James) Miller of Aransas Pass, TX and Elizabeth (Jesus) Caballero of Irving, TX; brothers, Abel Gonzales and Elias Gonzales both from Denton, Texas.
Pallbearers will be Amadeo Valenzuela Jr., Orlando Garcia, Richard Gonzales, Andy Gonzales, Daniel Delgado and Manuel Gonzales.
The family will be having public visitation on Thursday, July 23, 2009 from 4:00 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Iglesia Presbiteriana Getsemani located at 140 Diaz Street in San Benito, Texas with a Prayer Service at 7 p.m. that same evening. Visitation will continue on the morning of Friday, July 24, 2009 until 3:00 P.M. which is when the funeral service time start, also at Igleis Presbiteriana Getsemani. Interment will follow at Mont Meta Memorial Park.
Arrangements are under the direction of San Benito Funeral Home.
