Andrea (Ann) Lea Blythe, 70, passed on Friday, August 19, 2016 at her residence in San Benito.
Andrea was born on November 6, 1945 in Dorton KY to Tramel and Lissie Flanery. She was a longtime resident of the Valley.
Andrea is survived by children; Patrick and Melinda Blythe, Melissie Maddox and Joe White, Lloyd and Tonya Blythe, Tramel and Jennifer Blythe, Anthony Blythe and Christian Glenn; 20 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren; son-in-law, Rodolfo Miraval; 4 brothers; 3 sisters. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Melvin L. Blythe and her daughter, Evelyn S. Benson.
Visitation hours will be held from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Thursday, August 25, 2016 at the funeral home.
Funeral services will be held at Buck Ashcraft Funeral Home, 2:00 PM, Friday, August 26, 2016 with Bro. Gil Jones officiating. Services will conclude at the funeral home.
Andrea will be remembered mostly as a loving mother and a kindhearted person that had passion for her children and grandchildren; she would even take in other children.
