Alma Earline Folsom, 91, passed away Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at Valley Baptist Medical Center.
Alma was born on October 13, 1923 in Little Rock, Arkansas to H.L. and Willeda Murphey. She was a long-time resident of Harlingen and a former owner and operator of the Lenoir Folsom Oldsmobile Cadillac Auto Dealership. She also was longtime volunteer at the Marine Military Academy in Harlingen.
She is survived by close friends who she considered like family, Roberto, Maria Elena, Pricilla, Paola and Patsy Cruz.
We would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Shenkenberg, Dr. Bassett, Josie, Lucy, 4th Floor nurses at VBMC and everyone involved for all the care and concern for Earline.
No services will be held as per her wishes.
Those desiring to do so, may make memorial contributions to the Marine Military Academy Scholarship Fund in Harlingen.
