Alicia M. Garcia

Alicia  M. Garcia, 92, passed away Monday, May 9, 2016. She was born on January 19, 1924 in San Benito, TX; and was one of six children born to Gonzala Martinez. Alicia spent her childhood in San Benito, before marrying the love of her life, Tim Garcia, and moving to Harlingen. She spent the vast majority of her career working for Adams and Graham Law Firm. She is survived by her loving daughter, Felicia Whitford, and her husband, Lee as well as her grandchildren, Tim, Brandon, and Jacolby. Visitation will be held today from 5:00p.m.- 9:00p.m. within the San Benito Funeral Home Chapel with a rosary being recited at 7:00pm. Celebration of life Mass will be held at St. Theresa's Catholic Church,  in San Benito,Texas on Thursday, May 12, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow to Mont Meta Memorial Cemetery in  San Benito.
