Alfredo Nuñez

Alfredo Nuñez, 64, passed from this life on December 9, 2020 in Harlingen, Texas. He was born to María Eustolia Nuñez and the late Baltazar Nuñez on April 13, 1956 in San Benito, Texas.

Alfredo retired from the San Benito Consolidated Independent School District where he was a valued employee of the Maintenance Department.

Left to treasure his memory are his children, Christina Nuñez, Alfredo Nuñez, Jr., and Brenda Nuñez; grandson, Alexander Oscar Nuñez; his mother,  María Eustolia Nunez; brothers, Juan José (Patricia) Nuñez, Manuel Nuñez, Adan (Rosa) Nuñez, Jesús (Rosario) Nuñez, Javier (Janie) Nuñez, Daniel (Adelina) Nuñez; sisters, Sylvia Nuñez, Eulalia (Daniel) Santana; Beatriz (José Luis) De Santiago; and numerous nieces and nephews.  Alfredo was preceded in death by his father, Baltazar Nuñez; brother, Lázaro Nuñez; and nephew, Lázaro Nuñez.

The family would like to thank Elsa Pérez for taking care of Alfredo and being by his side.  They also wish to thank everyone attending.

Visitation will take place on Saturday, December 12, 2020 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at San Benito Funeral Home.  A recitation of the Holy Rosary will begin at 7 o’clock on Saturday evening. (Click the link below to view a live-stream of the recitation of the Holy Rosary.)

Services for Alfredo Nuñez will conclude on Saturday evening.
