Alberto Naranjo Sr., 85, peacefully passed away on April 15, 2024 in Olmito, Texas. He was born to David Naranjo and Gaspara Hernandez Naranjo.

He was employed as a farmer/rancher and recently retired after 60 plus years of service. In his leisure time, Alberto enjoyed watching “The Price Is Right”, sitting outside, spending time with family and friends, and eating pan dulce.

He was preceded by the love of his life Teresita Emilia Naranjo; his parents, David and Gaspara Naranjo; and siblings, Bernardino Naranjo, Rebecca Zuniga, Jose Angel Naranjo, and Aida Naranjo.

Left to treasure Alberto’s memory are his children, Alberto Naranjo Jr. (Rosalba), Francisco David Naranjo (Christy), and Celina Renee Naranjo; his grandchildren, Adriana Nicole, Alysa Nicole, Alberto III, Abigail Nicole, and Alexa Teresita; his buddy, Charcoal; and several nieces and nephews.

The Naranjo Family will receive friends and relatives on Monday, April 22, 2024 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A recitation of the Holy Rosary will begin at 7:00 o’clock Monday evening. A Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Benedict Catholic Church.

Honorary Pallbearers are David Naranjo, Bernardino Naranjo, Alberto Naranjo Jr., Francisco David Naranjo, Alberto Naranjo III, and Joe “Robbie” Naranjo.
