Albert Rahe Mandeville, 96, passed away peacefully on May 24, 2024, in Harlingen, Texas. He was born on September 29, 1927, in Dunning, Nebraska to Robert and Ruth (Ferguson) Mandeville.
Albert graduated from Dunning High School and later married Dorothy Winberg on August 18, 1950. Their marriage endured for an impressive 73 years. Albert dedicated 30 years of his life working as Supervisor for Missouri Valley Construction before retiring.
Throughout his life, Albert found joy in various activities; from hunting and fishing during his early years to golfing in his later ones. At the remarkable age of 88, he achieved his first hole-in-one.
Albert was predeceased by his parents, Robert and Ruth Mandeville, his brothers John, George, Robert, and his son-in-law Randal Engel. He is survived by his loving wife Dorothy Mandeville, his children Connie Engel and Edward Mandeville (Deborah), as well as his grandchildren Traci Rezac and Tory Engel. Albert's memory will be cherished by his six great-grandchildren.
