Adasa Hall, 81, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 28, 2009 at Valley Baptist Medical Center – Harlingen surrounded by family.
Adasa was born December 22, 1927 in Sodus, New York to Royal B. Ingerson and Charlotte VanBorke Ingerson.  She graduated from Sodus Central High School and married Edward Hall on February 1, 1951. Her most cherished place of employment was a school bus driver for Wayne Central School District.  She transported handicapped children to schools and centers that could support their special needs. She and Ed lived most of their lives in Ontario, NY and in 1995 moved to South Texas.  While in New York she loved to fish.  After moving to Texas she enjoyed bird watching, leisurely strolls on the beach hunting for shells with her grandchildren and playing cards with friends and family.
Adasa is survived by her husband, Edward Hall; sons, Alan and wife Diane of Williamson, NY and David and wife, Maria of Laguna Vista, TX; grandchildren, Robin, Andrew, Jeremy, Kyle, Nicole and Edward; and great grandchildren, Sebastian, Adrian, and Rayanne.
Memorial services will be held at Christ’s Harbor Church in Laguna Vista on Saturday, October 24, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 1532 Harlingen, TX 78551 or a charity of your choice.
